Q1: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan, as well as bank transfers, Easypaisa, and JazzCash for prepaid orders.
Q2: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request a cancellation or change before the order is dispatched by contacting us at info@khanmaxi.com or +92-347-3266391.
Q3: Is it safe to make online payments on your website?
Absolutely. We use secure payment gateways and never store your card or financial information.
Shipping & Delivery
Q1: How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–5 business days for ready-to-wear items and 7–14 business days for custom or made-to-order pieces.
Q2: How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 250 nationwide. Orders above PKR 10,000 qualify for free shipping.
Q3: Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. However, we plan to offer international delivery soon!
Returns & Exchanges
Q1: Can I return or exchange my item?
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Q2: What items are not eligible for return?
Customized outfits, sale items, and products returned without prior approval are non-returnable.
Q3: How do I request a return or refund?
